Many faults can be cured by reading the relevant FAQ's, Technical Support, Video Links, etc on the main Rover Web Site. There is information available there including many videos.
Also try a simple software/firmware and transmitter/satellite plans 'update' (terrestrial TV channel list and Satellite plans)

If you think your meter should be covered under the terms of the warranty agreement them please contact the company you purchased the meter from. All warranty issues must go through the distributor.
Any out of warranty repairs you can either go through the distributor or contact dts directly.
All repairs carried out on the meter are guaranteed for 3 months, the guarantee only covers the repairs carried out.
Repair prices vary from fault found and meter model. But as an estimate :
Prime digital Easy Meters and Rover Tab 4 repairs start at £90 + expensive parts (screens, batteries, etc), + shipping.
Tab 5,7,9 etc start at £160 + expensive parts (screens, batteries, etc), + shipping.

Unless otherwise agreed, no repairs will be returned until the invoice is paid in full.

Sometimes it is not possible to answer the phone as much of the time we are away from the workshop. In this case please either leave a message, or a preferable alternative would be to send us an email (we can send and receive emails 'on the road' so sometimes the quickest option).
